RETURN POLICY
- At JELITA WARDROBE, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there are defects in the good received, you can return your order to us.
- Return request must be within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Jelita Wardrobe website.
- Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.

- JELITA WARDROBE reserves the right for final decision.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Return within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Jelita Wardrobe website.
- Product(s) can be returned for exchange once it has been approved by Jelita Wardrobe, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
- If you receive an incorrect item, or damaged or defective, please call us via our customer care support at http://www.watsap.my/60173295562/aduan or csjelitawardrobe@gmail.comand you will be updated via WhatsApp for next instruction.
- Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s).
- Replacement process will take within 3 working days (if no issue) once the original product(s) has return back to the factory.
- If the return and exchange requested by customer, all return cost will be on your own cost.
- Defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products are not qualified for a return and refund.
- Colour of products may differ slightly due to lighting or monitor and are not qualified for a return and refund

REFUND
- Refund can only be process if a problem arise caused by HQ.
- Refund request for postage cost for any wrong/missing/damage made by Jelita Wardrobe, can be send to our Customer Service support for refund process.
- Refund will be process within 48 hours.
